You may participate in our departmental event if you have:
- Completed degree requirements in Fall 2008;
- Completed degree requirements in Winter 2009;
- Declared Candidacy for Spring 2009 by April 10, 2009;
- Declared Candidacy for Summer 2009 (the deadline to declare a statement of candidacy is April 24, 2009).
If you are a Fall 2009 degree candidate, you are not automatically eligible to participate in or receive guest tickets for the 2008 Commencement events, including departmental graduations. Instead, you will be automatically eligible to participate in the 2010 Commencement events in June 2010.
If you wish to participate in this year's events, you must submit a special inclusion form. Please go to the College of Letters and Science's Commencement FAQ page for more information.
