Ticket Ordering |
- You are limited to ordering 20 tickets online and can be waitlisted for an additional 10 tickets.
- Four tickets are complimentary. Additional tickets are $8 each. Charges are made to your BAR account.
- You do not need a student ticket to participate in the event.
- Children who will need their own seat need their own ticket. Keep in mind that this is an event that lasts between 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Only students eligible to participate in our event will be able to order tickets online via MyUCLA.

Period 1
Tuesday, April 29 -
Wednesday, May 14 |
RSVP to confirm your attendance in the English departmental event.
Order up to 20 tickets for the English departmental event via MyUCLA
You may check and revise your order as many times as you wish without penalty before your BAR account has been charged.
Tickets ordered during Period 1 (regardless if they are eventually picked up or not) will be charged to your BAR account May 31. No refunds are possible. |
Periods 2 and 3
Monday, May 19 -
Friday, June 6 |
Come in person to the Undergraduate Counseling office (158 Humanities Building) to pick up tickets.
Requests for additional tickets will be processed.
Order changes made after May 14 can only by posted to your MyUCLA by a departmental counselor.
Tickets ordered will charged to your BAR account May 31 or June 30, depending on the date of processing. No refunds are possible. |

| Ticket Pickup |
- Tickets for the departmental event will be available for pick up beginning Monday, May 19, in the Undergraduate Counseling office, 158 Humanities Buidling. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00-4:00.
- You will be required to complete a form before receiving your tickets. This form is used to collect information for your name card to be used the day of the event.
- Each student must pick up his/her own tickets. If you are no longer in the LA area and need your tickets mailed to you, please email your request to Janel Munguia or Danielle Maris in the Undergraduate Counseling Office.

NOTE: Unauthorized sale or transfer of commencement tickets is a violation of Section 102.23 of the UCLA Student Conduct Code. Violations may subject a student to discipline by the Dean of Students, including a hold on academic records.
