REQUIREMENTS

Two 6-page close-reading papers, due September 30 and November 2

One 8-page research paper, due December 7

One class presentation (pass/fail)

In addition:
* You must use your email account. 
  We may have assignments and occasional questions handled via email.  

* More than two absences will lower your final grade; class participation
  is expected.
