Alice Chen

Hi. My name is Alice Chen and I am a first year at the University of California, Los Angeles. I am a first generation college student who doesn’t know what she wants to do with her life. However, I know I love UCLA and learning about it’s history!

I am currently Vice President of a new organization on campus call Bruin Olympics and I am going to be a Program Assistant in Sproul Hall next year. (Sproul Hall was named in honor of Robert Gordon Sproul and his wife. Sproul became President of the University of California at age 39 and was the youngest man to ever head the university.)

I hope you find this website to be informative and have as much fun reading it as I did researching for it!

If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please contact me at aliceic@ucla.edu.

Max Nagano

Hey, I'm Max Nagano, first year at UCLA.

Not much to say other than I really do enjoy UCLA and had a surprisingly enjoyable time researching the history of an era in student activism here.

One time I went around 96 hours without sleep. It was great.

If you are curious about anything on the page or want to hear more interesting little facts like the one above, e-mail me: mnagano@ucla.edu.
